Robert Picewicz, (43), of Chinewood Avenue, Batley, £500 fine, £85 costs, £50 victim surcharge and disqualified from driving for 40 months for drink-driving and failing to surrender to custody.

Neil Cooper, (34), of Bromley Road, Batley, Community order, £100 compensation, £85 victim surcharge and £40 fine for stealing a purse worth £100.
