Secondary school league tables in Kirklees are out

HECKMONDWIKE Grammar School got top marks in the newly published secondary school league tables.

The independant school emerged with the best results in Kirklees.

Every single on their A Level pupils gained three or more A level passes.

The school also topped the GCSE charts, with 99% of pupils passing five or more GCSEs at grade A*-C, including English and maths.

St John Fisher Catholic High School, Dewsbury, had a 96% pass rate for three A Levels last year.

The Mirfield Free Grammar and Sixth Form were close behind with a pass rate of 92%.
