Exclusive: Dewsbury shopping centre on the market

FOR SALE Princess of Wales Precinct owner Ravenhill Estates has put the shopping centre on the market.

One of Dewsbury’s main shopping areas has been put up for sale.

Ravenhill Estates hopes to net around £14m by selling off the Princess of Wales Precinct.

The Irish investment company had been planning a major rebranding of the centre later this year.

But the project has been put on hold while a buyer is sought.
