A FREEHOLD car park in Dewsbury town centre is expected to attract a lot of interest when it comes up for auction in Leeds this month.
The site, on Oates Street, has 33 spaces and generates an annual income of £27,885, for Monday to Friday parking. The advertised guide price is £250,000-plus - giving a potential return of more than 11 per cent.

Also in the Eddisons auction catalogue are two town centre shops in Daisy Hill generating £9,750 from long-standing tenants.

These are offered at £55,000-plus, giving a potential return of more than 17per cent.

Meanwhile, the former Whitley Lower water treatment works in Whitley is being offered on the instructions of Yorkshire Water at a guide price of £50,000-plus.

The former works site includes a complex of buildings extending to around 10,000sq ft. on a 1.90 acre site.

Auctioneers Eddisons are hosting the sale at Leeds United Football Club, Elland Road, Leeds, on February 18 at noon.
