Ravensthorpe man in court on poison charge

A RAVENSTHORPE man is to stand trial on charges of unlawful killing and administering poison.
Phillip Holderness, 49, of Bradbury Street has been committed to Leeds Crown Court.

He is accused of administering heroin to Anthony Thomas Quinn with intent to endanger life or inflict grievous bodily harm and unlawfully killing Mr Quinn.

He was remanded on conditional bail to appear at Leeds on November 11.
