MOTORISTS have been warned to expect delays along the M62 due to ongoing road works.
Due to road resurfacing along the M62 between Junction 25, at Brighouse, and the Hartshead services, various lane and hard shoulder closures are expected between 8pm and 6am until August 5.

Slight delays are expected between Junction 29, near Lofthouse, and Junction 30, near Rothwell, until August 28 while work is done to the central reserve barrier. Various lane closures, in both directions, are expected with a 50mph speed limit imposed.

Two lanes of the west-bound carriageway between Junction 34, at Whitley Bridge, and Junction 35, near Langham, will be closed for three nights on 6, 7 and 8 July due to road marking renewal.

At Junction 33, near Knottingley, moderate delays are expected due to bridge and communication works. The west-bound carriageway will be closed on Saturday night between 8pm and 8am on Sunday, with traffic diversions in place. Various overnight lane closures are also expected until July 17.
