The pop-up shop, which came to the Bradford Road store on Thursday, October 19 to Saturday, October 21, aimed to raise vital funds for the non-profit organisation, while providing “affordable” clothing for the community.
Megan Brown, Oxfam Festival Shop Deputy Manager, said: “It was a great way to end our festival season. Tesco Batley has been really welcoming and so has the Batley community.
“We had lots of conversations with customers who loved the initiative and were more than happy to give this clothing another chance.
“Our volunteers enjoyed helping in such a big space and we managed to raise a fantastic amount for Oxfam's causes.”
