Kipling use of 'which' is right
Published Date:

I WRITE in response to your IF letter (If you know the answer, tells us – The Reporter Rostrum, May 16).
"Yours is the Earth and everything that's in it, and – which is more – you'll be a Man my son!"
The last sentence of IF must be looked at as a whole of course, Kipling lists benefits to good actions and singles out one, "you'll be a Man, my son!" as 'more' than the others, hence, his use of the word 'which' is correct for the choice of one from a number.
