I have just heard today and would like to offer my heartfelt condolences. My daughter and Eden were very good friends when they went to St Johns Infant school together and I also worked at the school at that time so was very lucky to have had the opportunity to have spent time with the all the girls in their little group. I have just had to tell my daughter and she is stunned as am I. I can still picture that angelic face and those beautiful golden curls and the loud cheeky chatter that came with Eden. May god bless you and give strength and patience at this very trying time for you our thought and prayers are with you. A mum of one of Eden's friends.
My memories of Eden were when she was a patient at Dewsbury Hospital after being involved in an RTA. Both myself and my colleague, Gill, provided physiotherapy treatment to Eden when she had broken several bones. She was feisty and stubborn but a joy to be around. She blossomed from a scared girl to a confident young lady throughout her therapy. She always had a smile for us and we'll never forget the homemade goodies she brought us and the tweeting bird she gave as a thank you when she left hospital. Eden will always be a name which brings a smile to my face, once met never forgotten. Lucy Wiffen – Physiotherapy Technical Instructor DDH.
